Setting the Stage

On several occasions we've been asked this question:  

You're bucking a huge, long-standing, incredibly-wealthy and very powerful establishment.   Aren't you afraid of getting squashed like an annoying bug?  

In response, we say: We have addressed this question on several of our websites.  We've decided to bring all the responses together on this page.    

Let's begin by defining that "huge, long-standing, incredibly-wealthy and very powerful establishment."   We refer to these people collectively as The Powers That Be.

This term refers to the super-wealthy men who behind the scenes control the corporations that spend the money to elect the politicians who write the laws that control anything of any significance in the United States, England, and Europe.   They also have considerable influence and economic clout in the rest of the world.   

These men, function out of site of the public.   They dominate and control anything and everything of any significance that occurs anywhere on the entire planet.

The Bottom Line Conclusion:   The overwhelming evidence clearly tells us that The Powers That Be act like parasitic, vampires stealing life, liberty, and everything, including that which is nailed down.  The big question is: Why?   Perhaps we've stumbled onto the answers this question.  Readers are directed to the pages linked above.

Do Not Fight or Fix 

Simply allow what is to be and shift focus onto
creating the results that one chooses to experience.

Do you recall how automobiles replaced horses as the major means of human travel.   Did Henry Ford go around killing horses and blowing up livery stables?  NO!  He simply built cars.   Did you ever hear of any computer builders protesting or fighting typewriter manufactures.  NO!   They simply built a superior product.   When electric lights replaced kerosene lanterns, were any lantern makers murdered.  NO!  Why not?   Because in each case sited and in thousand of other instances, what was being produced was vastly superior to its predecessor.   

If you have examined any of our websites that discuss how the universe actually functions, you are aware that to fight something empowers it.   Fighting something also directs the universal laws to produce more of what one is fighting.   You're probably also aware that the universe (Creator/God) doesn't fix broken things.   He/She/It simply creates something new.   

To that end we choose to create  The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure.  We are not judging, condemning, fighting, threatening, demanding anything, or in any way interfering with the present financial system.   What is is and we honor what is and allow it to continue to be as it is and to continue to do as it does.   We are also, in our silence saying, "You can keep all the wealth you have accumulated."  What we are actively saying is,  "You just can't take any more."  

The Bottom Line:   We are simply creating something that is so vastly superior to the existing system that, once a person understands what we are proposing, he (or she) would have to be an idiot, or criminally insane to oppose what we are doing and to continue supporting the existing system.

Questions and Answers About

    The Powers That Be:

   By the programs and changes you're proposing on your TLC-Life-Center websites, you're bucking a huge, long-standing, incredibly-wealthy and very-powerful establishment.

  Not really.   We're not bucking them, or challenging them, or demanding any money from them, or threatening them in any way.   Actually, we're their "Ace in the Hole." their "Hedge Bet,"   their   "Plan B, C, and D."  

      What do you mean  

  Compared to what they are, we are little more than an itch that they could easily scratched out of existence.   Because we're no threat, it's easier for them to simply ignore us, and besides, destroying us could bring unwanted repercussions, and they don't want anybody waking up and looking closely at what they are doing.   So simply ignoring us and instructing others to ignore us is, by far, their best option.  

The second reason is that they have accomplished their intended disaster preparation goals.   They're expecting major global level emergency to occur very soon.   In that context, what we do is irrelevant.   

Third, The New Corporate Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure is now public knowledge.   Symbolically speaking, "The genie is out of the bottle and no matter what they do, they cannot put it back in."   They know that their business model is not sustainable, but they don't care because they are expecting global-level disaster that will, by itself, destroy their financial system.   So either way, their system is doomed.   If their anticipated disaster doesn't occur by December, 21, 2012, our corporate/foundation partnering system is their only viable option for saving what's left of our natural environment.  

Fourth, their plan ignores human-caused environmental destruction.   Ours is focused on creating a financial structure that will, simply be being, dramatically reduce environmental destruction.   

Another factor, is that some of the second-level executives are beginning to question their leader's strategy.   Some of them are beginning to look at what we are proposing because our programs make incredibly good sense.   And if they continue to mindlessly follow orders, they are, in essence, sentencing their own children and grandchildren to lives of grief and misery and to early deaths.

    If your programs become adopted by the major corporations, your changes could cost them billions of dollars in future revenues.  

  It's not a question of if the foundation concepts will transform the business world, it's only a matter of when.   The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure is so incredibly superior to the present system that once any major corporation in any industry wakes up and adopts it, it will force the competition to follow suite or lose major portion of their customers.   It will then be adopted by other industries and, if we don't kill ourselves first with Runaway Global Climate Change, this new business system will dramatically alter the entire world.

   That's an incredibly grandiose prediction.   I'd like to ask more about The New Corporate World Business Structure  but, first, your need to address the issue of their loss of future profits.

   As far as losing profits is concerned, that's no longer a problem for them for four major reasons.   First, because they're expecting a major global-level disaster to occur any day now, and that disaster will destroy their cash cows, (their sources of revenue).   Second, they've completed almost all of their disaster preparations so their need for future profits is drastically reduced   Third, they're continuing to do what they've been doing for decades now because they don't know how to do anything else, and fourth, the system they set up is out of control.   It's gone so wild that it's about to crash all on its own.   

   But they say the economy is recovering.  

   Perhaps, in the short-term, it is for the wealthy, but for everyone else, the economy is a total disaster and  Runaway Global Climate Change  is about to kill billions of us.  

If I said that the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy live in my attic, would you believe me.  You wouldn't because the evidence doesn't support such wild claim.   The media is controlled by The Powers That Be, and these men have a track record of being pathological liars and a track record of invasion, exploitation and destruction.   Who are your going to believe, their parrots in the media or the evidence?

Now, getting back to the issue of lost profits,  they have nothing to lose by our proposals and our programs.   Actually they will be the biggest winners from our success.   The bottom line is that they have much to gain and almost nothing to lose.  

   You talk like you know what you are talking about.   You said, yourself, that they operate in secrecy.    How do you know what they are doing?

Another important factor, is that some of the second-level executives are beginning to question their leader's strategy.  

  What Strategy?   Please explain.  

   The strategy of ignoring  Runaway Global Climate Change   The strategy of ignoring the economic devastation that their policies have produced.   The strategy of hiding in bunkers while the rest of the population faces major environmental of cosmic disasters with all but no preparation.  

Some of the younger members of this elite group are beginning to look seriously at what we're proposing for four very important reasons in addition to the four I just mentioned.   First, because their plan is to ignore the affect that humans are having on the environment and ours addresses this problem and offers major steps in halting Runaway Global Climate Change.   Second, because our programs make incredibly good sense in any economic or environmental context.   Third, if their anticipated, cosmic disaster does not come about within the time frame that they are expecting it, they have no plan "B."    Fourth, many the leaders of the corporations controlled by The Powers That Be are not stuck in the dysfunctional belief system of their controllers.  

  What belief system are you talking about?    

    We're referring to the belief systems that dominated human consciousness in the 1930's, the 1940's and the 1950's.   These belief systems were programmed into the heads of the people who are presently running the social, political. religious, and economic systems on planet Earth.   These beliefs were programmed into the minds of these men when they were very young children. .   Collectively, we call these people "The Powers That Be"   We call this portion of the collective human consciousness the beliefs of  The Grandfather Generation.  

We are referring to beliefs such as "violence solves problems,"  beliefs such as "we can destroy the natural environment and not reap the devastating consequence,"    beliefs such as "God doesn't exist," beliefs such as "God is a superhuman being who lives up there somewhere in a physical place called heaven."    We have page on one of our TLC-Life-Center Websites that describes these beliefs in significant detail, so I'll not repeat the answer here.   Please go to:

Are There Any Losers?

Question:    Won't the super-wealthy be the losers?

Rev. Coté:    No.  They'll actually be the biggest winners.   

Question:    How can that be?

Rev. Coté:    Well, for one thing, they have the most to lose.   They're  also stuck in a very destructive loop that has gotten so far out of hand that they are on a path to self- destruction.   If they don't wake up very soon, Runaway Global Warming will kill most large life forms on the planet, including the super-wealthy.    

NCW is derailing this destructive cycle in a very positive way.   It's about making the pie bigger and not about fighting and destroying.   Nothing will be taken away from the wealthy. 

Question:    Are you saying that the super-wealthy are no longer in charge.

Rev. Coté:    Not any more.   They have set into motion, forces over which they no longer have control.   Thousands of hot-shot wheelers and dealers have taken their exploitation system and refined it,  expanded it,  and manipulated the economy with it to the level that the entire system is about to collapse.  

Question:    So you are not declaring war on the wealthy.

Rev. Coté:    No.   We are not fighting anything.   We're simply creating a replacement structure that has a far greater value than that which it is replacing.   When people see the increased value in The New Corporate World Foundation's  Win-Win Business Structure, they will simply leave the old ways and move to the new.   That's how cars replaced the horse and buggy.   That's how computers replaced typewriters.   That's how light replaces dark and how order replaces confusion.   

Question:    But the wealthy stock owners will  lose their cash cows?   

Rev. Coté:    If someone already has more money than they need for a hundred lifetimes and their main focus is still on making more money, they have their priorities way out of line.   For anybody in that position, a wake up call is the greatest blessing they could receive.   Send them to us.   We'll coach them, regardless on how many millions they control.   They may be rich, but many rich people do not have satisfying and fulfilling lives.   They are not wealthy

Money (being rich) is not the only reason for living.   Real wealth is much more that money.   What about family?   What about health, relationships, peace of mind, and their spiritual values.   What about the future of the planet?   Reincarnation is almost certainly the truth, so they are also creating their own future -- a future that stretches beyond this single lifetime.   

These factors are commonly ignored by those focused only on money.   These are factors that The New Corporate World Foundation's  Win-Win Business Structure  is bringing into the picture.

Question:    Then there aren't any losers. 

Rev. Coté:    That's correct.   Let me take you further, anyway. 

Question:    OK.   

Rev. Coté:    What we will have in The New Corporate World Foundation's  Win-Win Business Structure   is a group of people working collectively for themselves.    They will no longer at the effect of money lenders.   They can kissed Wall Street goodbye.   Where are these people are going to focus their attention and their money?   

Question:    You tell me.  

Rev. Coté:    They are going to spend their time , money, and effort on satisfying  The Five Human Motivators    that I mentioned earlier.   

***  On things that bring them more pleasure and/or less pain.   

***  On things that are in their own best interest.     

***  On creating community, reciprocity, inclusion, and approval.  

***  On creating fairness, equality, freedom, and respect.   

***  On creating  consistency, dependability, predictability, and peace of mind.   On safety.   Personal health and well being.  On their homes and families.  On living their lives in peace and freedom.   On creating  a stable social, political, economic, religious and environments structures.

Now you tell me, which world do you want to live in?  -- Our present world based on money, greed, fear, and misdirected power?  --  Or in The New Corporate World?  

Question:    Obviously  The New Corporate World.     

Rev. Coté:    Here's still another bonus.     When the corporate and foundation leaders function as a team, scandals like the multi-billion dollar Enron fiasco couldn't happen.   

Question:    Why is that?     

Rev. Coté:    Because the foundation auditing system would see what was happening long before it got to a crisis level.   And remember, this is a partnership set up for the good of all.   Corporate leaders would have no incentive to cheat, lie, or steal.   If they did, they'd be stealing from themselves.   In most cases, they would lose far more than they could gain.

The Peaceful Revolution

Rev. Coté:    When you look back into human history, you'll notice that many major social changes have been dramatic, rapid, chaotic, poorly directed, tightly controlled by a very small number of people, heartless, divisive, authoritarian, and violent.   One group used violence to overpower another.    Within a short time, one set of dominators simply replaced another.   The net result was little more than a social variation of musical chairs.   

Even today in areas when violence is minimal or absent, you'll see that one group is still attempting to impose its will onto everyone else.   The forced motherhood war   (anti-abortion) is a clear example of this.   In a society that openly peddles alcohol, nicotine, and thousands of prescription drugs, we have a war on certain declared-to-be-illegal substances.   When any group attempts to dominate by force and/or by intimidation, freedom is replaced by tyranny.  

Question:    How is the New Corporate World different ?   

Rev. Coté:    In sharp contrast, creating   The New-Corporate-World   is exactly the opposite in every aspect.    The transfer of wealth will be gradual and low key, with no high drama.   There will be thousands of leaders and not just a few.   The rate of change is controlled by the speed at which the NCW foundations are created and funded.   There are no central controls, only guidelines for positive action.   And none of this requires any action or any approval by government bureaucrats.

Participation is by free will choice.   Each corporation is completely independent in choosing to create a NCW Foundation or to maintain business as usual.   For the corporations that choose to participate, each foundation will be set up on a carefully designed plan with adaptations for each corporation's individual requirements.   

It's inclusive, with care and concern for all involved -- employees, management, customers, stockholders, and the environment.   And there is NO VIOLENCE!    When you compare the underlying energy it's easy to see that the two corporate strategies are vastly different.
